Name of the Jutsu : Mist Ice Blade (kasumi koori ken)
Type : Ninjutsu - Ice, water
Rank : Sannin/Kage
Chakra Cost :
Effects : To use this jusu the user must create a think and heavy mist around them. After this is done Kasumi Koori Ken comes into effect. It makes the water in the air freeze to the users own will. In this case it creates thousands and thousands of long Ice Katana's. Which can then be used for offence and defense. Depending on the amount of mist and water in the air this jutsu can go on for a very long time. Drawbacks include a heavy chakra depletion after this is done.
